Liked: The staff are very professional and friendly. They let us use the SPA area after we checked out (the weather was bad).Breakfast is rich and delicious and I recommend the restaurant which makes great pizzas. The hotel is ideally located, opposite the thermal baths.
Disliked: If I had to make one comment, it would be about the interior design. The interior design of the building is really terrible. This is an observation on my part, but it had no real impact on my stay.

Liked: Reception was very friendly, the room and value for the price we paid met our expectations.
Disliked: The staff was overall friendly except a few things we noticed. One of the staff members was scolding another colleague that he had sat guests after the kitchen was closed. She did this in front of guests in the restaurant (including us) and we didn't think that was very professional. Additionally, the service was a bit mixed in terms of friendly service. Sometimes it was nice, sometimes a bit impolite and it took a long time to call someone over for something and to receive the bill for the entire weekend we were there. We had bottle ordered for our room but there was no bottle opener. My friend went downstairs to ask the restaurant for one, but they informed her to ask at the bar. She went to the bar and the woman there was a bit rude and told her to ask the kitchen. My friend then told her that she was just sent from there and to ask her. Finally, she told my friend that she will give her one but she has to return it immediately. Lastly, I was relaxing in my room and I was surprised to hear a knock on the door and it was maintenance asking if he can come in to look at the heater as he was informed there was an issue (not from us). He left but then came back again to finish repairing it. I thought that was a bit strange to repair something while a guest was still in the room and was distracting as I was relaxing on the balcony.
