Could have been great, but...

Liked: Would have been a great location, but the construction ruined it.
Disliked: They were putting in the tram tracks right in front of the hotel- there was no car (or taxi) access. We had to schlep over dirt every time - not fun with luggage! There was no proper shower. TV channels extremely limited.

Liked: Everything! Very friendly staff! Perfect location! Great room with views, we stayed in room 34 and it was a 2 story room, very neat! Also, a wonderful breakfast and very accommodating staff!
Disliked: Loved everything!

Lovely friendly stay in historic...

Liked: Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Plzen. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were large, comfortable and full of character.The breakfast choices were extensive and the location couldn't be bettered, just around the corner from the very heart of the city.15 minute walk from the station or less than 5 on very frequent tram service.
Disliked: All good

It could have been better.

Liked: Very charming old style luxury hotel.
Disliked: They should have let us know that the street in front of the hotel was under construction. We had to walk on a crude path for half a block to reach the entrance.
