Convenient, cozy and safe.

Liked: I loved that the hotel felt safe and the location was very convenient. Checking in early was AMAZING after traveling. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. Overall, great value for the price, and the breakfast was spectacular!
Disliked: The design of the hotel was a little confusing. Sometimes I got lost trying to find my room or the hotel exit, especially since there was some construction happening. More signage would help. The bar would have been great if it had a more comfortable space, it felt a little empty.

Good location, good price. Small...

Liked: Clean hotel with good price. Close to center. The rooms are small but good for the price and location. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The view is not the best, but great location and price, so it didn't bother me.

Liked: Our room was fantastic, large square view with balcony. Complimentary water each day. Breakfast was good. Fantastic location. 4 min walk to train station. Would defo come back

Overall, just great!

Liked: I loved the room facing the piazza, although it could be noisy at all hours.Really wonderful breakfast.Fabio & Matteo were very helpful in answering questions and offering recommendations for dining.A comfy lobby with a bar to get a night cap.
Disliked: The room heat was great, but could be a little stuffy. Just one tiny elevator.
