Peaceful last night in Italy...

Liked: Very well run, everyone who worked there was courteous and extremely professional.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: The location was exceptional 5 minutes from the station and no more than 10 minutes walk to the main attractions of Florence. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious and housekeeping excellent.

Liked: it was in a good location and the staff was very helpful and nice
Disliked: the room was alright but there was no place to unpack our clothing. There were only 2 of us but they gave us a room with a king bed and a single. we had to use the single as a dresser. the shower was barely big enough to fit us and we are not bigthe bed was to firm

Liked: The breakfast was some of the best food I had throughout my whole vacation. The staff was amazing and helped me make dinner reservations at the best restaurants. The location is ideal - a six minute walk from the train station and in the center of Florence. Everything is walkable by 15 minutes.
Disliked: It was literally a long and confusing route to my room, felt a bit like a maze and could definitely trigger claustrophobia a bit. I would probably stay there again though.
