Locked with no escape

Liked: The food was fabulous, and the beers were very nice. The restaurant had lovely decorations.
Disliked: A very rude receptionist, the restaurant was closed to 5pm so no drinks, no food, one bottle of hand wash in a bath, no A/C, from 4pm till 5.15pm we were locked in the hotel as the staff left the property (no information), when we tried to make complain the receptionist stopped speaking English.

Liked: Very nice surroundings, good breakfast. Basic, but clean rooms, friendly staff.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a fridge in the room and access to coffee/tea making facilities in the evening.
