Liked: Very clean and comfortable room. Very decent breakfast. Restaurant next door if you are interested in having dinner in the neighborhood . Available free parking is a bonus
Disliked: Location a little far if you have mobility problems and want to go to Heidelberg. Driving is not recommended because of lack of parking so you take the tram if you want.

Liked: It was a 15 min tram ride away ( good service, must verify ticket on tram ) Comfortable bed ! Very good breakfast! The local hot rolls were very tasty
Disliked: Ok. If you are looking for a modern hotel with facilities maybe this not for you ! This hotel has been going for a long time and has many regular customers!

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff and high quality customer service. Check-in and checking out was easy. I was even shown to the room. I liked that there was Information and guides about how to spend a few days exploring Heidelberg. Travelling to the centre of town was easy. The transportation is quite frequent. Lots of free wifi around Heidelberg including at this accommodation helped.
Disliked: Onsite parking was very tight. I grabbed the last spot available at 5:30pm. I believe I nearly missed out had I arrived any later.

Good option for your stay...

Liked: - Nice clean room with bathroom and a balcony.- Sufficant breakfast with healthy options- We felt welcome.- A few minutes with the tramway to the center.
Disliked: - Small hotel on a crossroads, sometimes a bit noisy.- The wifi was closed at 22 o''clock.
