Liked: Location was great, and the room was lovely. They had two bottles of water free for the room which was appreciated. The room had a great view .
Disliked: That the coffee was not free

Exceptional

A really disappointing encounter.

Disliked: We struggled to get close to the property to offload. We tried calling multiple times but without success. We wanted to understand where to park overnight. We then left the car a far way from the hotel, as only authorised vehicles can get close, walked up the hill and only to be left for 30 minutes without anyone answering the door. Finally a receptionist let us in. She seemed to be stoned or high on something as she talked in a slurred way and had to repeat herself as we could not understand what she was saying. We then tried to cancel as we did not feel welcomed and struggled to see how it would be a good stay. She refused a cancellation so we left. I booked the Mountains Hotel on your site and had to pay them for a night there too. So I would really appreciate a refund for Hotel Rosa, please.
