Liked: Nice neighborhood. Helpful friendly staff. Clean. Very good coffee bar and lounge area. Close to METRO station. All in all a comfortable stay. Would definately stay here again.
Disliked: A bit of traffic noise if you like to open the windows for fresh air.. TV biased toward foreign visitors, Not as many Spanish News stations.

Liked: Good location for what we wanted to do... Hotel was average for a four star hotel and, although the staff werre friendly, they didn't welcome me and my family. We seemed to be an inconvenience. The weather was not great and, therefore, we were in the hotel more than we wanted tobe. Rooms were not very well sound proofed and could hear other people's TV's, radios, etc in the evenings.
Disliked: Just the feel of the hotel. We didn't eat in, always ate out, it was not inviting.

Liked: The location was excellent - you are away from the busiest streets, yet, very close to the centre, I walked mostly and the underground is also close. The room itself was pretty spacious with a comfortable bed and cleaned daily. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.
Disliked: One thing, where there could be a slight improvement is noise cancellation of the rooms, as it could get a bit noisy later in the evening, when people were talking loudly in the halls, however, if you sleep with earplugs, you will be fine (at least I was).
