Lovely staff!

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked in last minute late at night as we had been scammed out of our original accommodation and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff, who also helped us with paperwork and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city. There is somebody at the desk 24/7. The room comes with everything you could need. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.
Disliked: The area can be a little dodgy at night-something for solo travellers and families to consider.

Liked: staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, the thing that surprised me that they had a shattaf in the bathroom (the thing muslims wash with) even tho i brought mine with me but it was a good thing that they had it and i hope the rest of italy and europe could do the same soon

Nice hotel in convenient location...

Liked: Very close to Turin train station. Friendly staff on arrival and check-in. Memory foam mattress was comfortable. Room on second floor was internal and not facing the busy street. Good value for money.
Disliked: Easy here to hear other guests in the corridor. Walls / doors do not block a lot of sound. Guests in nearby room were having loud sex for 90mins at midnight.

Liked: Location is perfect. Staff is very polite and helps you in any matters. Breakfast is not bad. All necessary products present. Generally I feel there like at home.
Disliked: Everything is good.
