Liked: Friendly staff. Very good English speakers and always helpful. Close to city centre, railway station, airport shuttle bus stop and river Po.

Very poor

Liked: If there was something good, it was definetly wiped out by the bad things.
Disliked: More than 360 euros for a double room for one night in that area and with that services was a clear abuse. No lift, no insulation from the outside noises (cackle on the boulevard), uncomfortable bed and pillows. Clearly overpriced. I would say that half of the price would have been barely correct. Unfortunately I will remember about this experience cause my wife will complain about it forever!

Liked the hotel but felt...

Liked: I really liked staying at this hotel. It’s at only a 20-minutes walk from the Egyptian museum or the Mole Antonelliana, the staff was great, the room was big and clean and it wasn’t noisy.
Disliked: The location is central and very near to the city centre, the problem is that the area is filled with homeless people and similar. At whatever time you exited the hotel you saw people exchanging drugs, drinking, smoking, and mostly during the night time we felt very unsafe. There were so many dangerous people in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and one time they also got into a huge fight and we were scared they could have been armed.Also the hotel lacked the bidet and a kettle or some snacks in general.
