Liked: Didn’t get to stay there so didn’t see it
Disliked: The fact they cancelled my booking 12 hours before departure. And then proceeded to not let you guys know. Yet have still taken my money for the booking, and say they are having issues with the platform. Unacceptable.

Disliked: It was extremely noisy and was not able to get any sleep.

Liked: The bed and pillows were excellent, though the bed was a little too soft for my taste though others were probably okay with it
Disliked: The hotel is located on a very very busy street with traffic speeding by most of the day—one thing to remember about Mexico City is that there is always traffic day and night! My room faced the street on the first floor though it was mostly quiet. Really small bathroom. Everyone told me Roma is the neighborhood to stay in, but frankly I’ll take Condesa any day!

Disliked: Noisy. There’s a bar next door and music playing until 2 AM the night we arrived. Then there was a private event on the terrace the following evening, with music blasting until 6 AM. My husband’s iPad was taken from the room after we accidentally left it on the nightstand. We realize that we should have placed it in the room safe however it’s still jarring to have an item stolen. They assured us that none of their staff took it and even checked their security cameras.
