I don't want to remember...

Disliked: Unfortunately, I have to admit that checking into the hotel was very problematic! The hotel did not send a letter with instructions and a code for the lock; the speakerphone did not work when talking with the support service. If it weren't for the help of a kind person, we would have spent the night on the street. The hot drinks machine in the lobby does not work. Gentlemen, put things in order in the hotel!

Horrible check in and worst...

Liked: Ok bed. Ok AC.
Disliked: Worst internet i've experienced. 0.4mb up 3mb down.Check in machine did not work so. And that was the only option.

Disliked: Asked for a twin and given a double.The person on reception gave the impression he didn't like the British.There is no way of making a hot drink.
