Clean and friendly. Great rooms.

Liked: The staff were very friendly (Big thanks to Margot). We were able to book in at nearly midnight after a flight cancellation, everything went smoothly despite the lack of notice by us. The room a very large, comfortable, has good television (plenty of English channels) and amenities. They allowed us to have food delivered from outside, even warming this up when it arrived cold. Thanks.
Disliked: No restaurant. The hotel is in North Strasbourg and feels like a hotel for business users. There is nothing around the area. Access is really only for car users.

Liked: the room was nice, it smelled nice
Disliked: the bed linen was not changed at all in the 5 days, it was not vacuumed, the breakfast was not varied, it was the same every day, the heat was not enough in the room.

Liked: The location, although out of center quite a ways, was very easy to take the bus in. Room and bed were comfortable.
Disliked: The noise was a big issue. We were on the end of the hall and we could hear everything going on with our one neighbor. She was singing and we heard her TV and child. I wouldn’t stay here again and would not give the facility four stars.
