Passable

Liked: Rather dated decor and walls needed fresh paint. There was a musty smell upon entering the hotel each time you walk into lobby. But that said, the staff were most pleasant and helpful and for the price and location the stay was more than adequate and comfortable, just not aesthetically appealing.
Disliked: The walls needed fresh coat of paint and more updated colors. If you want to feel like you are in a historical building then maybe the decor would be fine.
