ROCKIN 16th Birthday in Lititz

Liked: Hotel and rooms are great, comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Didn't have much in the way of celebration for a birthday. I planned the balloon delivery from an outside vendor. Talked me out of getting the cupcakes and suggested I call the bakery for a cake, which was a great idea until the bakery added a $15 surcharge for delivery. That was canceled, so when I made the restaurant reservation, I added a note that we wanted to sing. We got a plastic happy birthday sign on our table and nothing else. So, we made it work, but felt the hotel and restaurant could have done more for what I paid for both.

Liked: The hotel was lovely. Our dinner was fantastic.
Disliked: It would be a great addition to provide free coffee in the lobby during morning hours

Liked: Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The rooms were very clean and soundproof. And that black out blind.........whoa!!! I woke up at 9:00 AM and thought it was 3:00 AM. Well done!
