I don’t know what’s happened...

Disliked: The phone in the room didn’t work. The fridge in the room didn’t work found a pile of cat food inside the bathroom and the topper was my key card. Wouldn’t work in my door and they said they were gonna send maintenance up to change the battery on the door lock and when we got back it almost 10 o’clock at night my door was open. So being a single woman walking in with her child at night to a room that was open is disheartening. Let the front desk know about it and they really didn’t care. So we barricaded the door with the coffee table, chairs, and suitcases.

Don’t stay here
Liked: There was nothing to like about this property. Not only was the stay abysmal the property had completely ignored all attempts to provide any form of customer service. Booking.com itself barely got involved and gave us a paltry £12 back.DO NOT STAY HERE. If you arrive you will see a sign saying the hotel is in need of major renovations and no notice of this when booking. These repairs had yet to happen.My husband who I booked the stay for was put in a room with black mould, coming from a broken window, a huge active leak in the ceiling and peeling paint showing this was an on going issue in this room. Why this room was even offered to a guest astounds me. When he complained they put him in a smoking room despite it being a non smoking room. He had to move rooms again, and on the last too while the stay was finally tolerable he got kicked out of his room several times. He received no customer care or attention during his stay and we have received nothing in response from the hotel. Despite my saying I would be letting future guests know the state of thingsI am not someone who usually complains so read into that what you will. We have a video of the mouldy leaking peeling window/ceiling
Disliked: As above. Completely unsafe unsanitary and unsatisfactory. The lack of customer service or care and attention after the stay are tantamount to what this hotel thinks of its guests Don’t stay here
