Liked: Loved our stay here! The hotel is in a quiet area in the flattest part of the city, close to buses and metros and walkable to the river, lots of restaurants, several touristy spots. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and fairly spacious. We added breakfast which was good -- lots of pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, and vegetables.
Disliked: The shower head would not stay up -- both my friend and I were hit on the head by the falling detachable shower head. (Not hurt, just wounded pride!) Made showering awkward, especially washing hair.

Comfortable and friendly hotel with...

Liked: Super breakfasts, great location especially for public transport users with Metro, ferry, train and tram all nearby. Nice views over the square and the river from front-facing room. 24h reception / security (with free coffee) also welcome.
Disliked: Very hard to find anything.
