Exceptional

Liked: Great location, well maintained pool area, comfortable room with super comfy beds + amazing ocean view, excellent breakfast.

Expensive with poor quality

Liked: Proximity to the beach and the buffet.
Disliked: Very noisy air conditioning, tatty rooms, not enough lifts and very very slow service.

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, it was a very pleasant experience. Always felt very safe with security on site 24/7. The food/drinks were excellent at the Alligator bar and the hotel had the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. Staff brought food/drinks to the beach so we never had to leave. Huge plus, beach chairs/umbrella were included with our stay. Rooms were clean and we had plenty of towels. We were so tired every night we didn’t notice the lack of pillows (one each). 10/10.
Disliked: Elevators were always busy, had to take the stairs 7 floors a couple times. Lack of pillows.

Good hotel

Liked: Very nice place the attention of the staffing was good.
Disliked: They need to put more effort abouth the cleaning of the room.

Excellent holiday hotel

Liked: Excellent location right on the beach. Very comfortable room with superb ocean view. The buffet restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: Needs more toilet and changing facilities poolside.
