hotel is in an excellent...

Liked: The location was perfect in the historic center
Disliked: the shower very slippery and the shower head smack in the middle very uncomfortable to take a shower without wetting all you hair the pillows and mattress very hard The breakfast was fine but the Hot dishes either cold or a bit warmalso I had to remind them everyday for extra towels , coffee and water in our room I didn't care to pay extra

Disliked: 2 night after each other, a group of people were loudly till very late night at the inside garden. It was very disturbing since it went till 2 in the morning

Liked: Location, beds
Disliked: Bathroom! Breakfast! initially giving us a poor room not in the category we asked for, in a very bad part of a corridor, neat a noisy elevator!

Very comfortable room, great staff...

Liked: Great location in the Historic Center walking distance to many sights, Palacio De Bellas Arte, Diego Rivera Museo, Cathedral and Plaza. Extremely comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, location, staff and value. I will stay at The Hotel Ritz on my next visit in March.
