Liked: Great décor and atmosphere, great location, breakfast and all. Cosy but comfortable rooms with everything you need.
Disliked: Customer service in the upstairs bar is inattentive and extremely slow.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.
Disliked: I would not book this hotel again. The room.was very small, the window could not be opened, the curtain did not cover the entire window, it hung up at halfway closed. The room was too warm and without ventilation. There was no hair dryer, no chair, no room for a chair. No safe, no refrigerator. A huge bed covered most of the floorspace. There were five pillows on the bed, leaving little space to stretch out and skeep, and nowhere to put the extra pillows other than on the floor.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was helpful and kind.
Disliked: The room was very noisy. I couldn't sleep properly. There was a renovation inside the hotel and a construction site in front of the building. Had I known about it, I would have chosen another hotel.
