Liked: The people working at Rincon Poblano were kind and willing to help out. Overall it was clean.
Disliked: The night was quiet but you hear when other people are outside the rooms and when people enter or leave their rooms.

Disliked: The hotel provided the bare minimum. Noisy ground floor rooms overlooking the street made it impossible to open the window. Poor bathroom and shower condition.

Disliked: Unfortunately the restaurant was not open during the day all the time and the food was made fresh and it took some time, so don't be in a hurry.

Disliked: No heater in room, it got very cold (colder than outside). Slow wifi. Doors are paper thin, they don’t block out sound.

Liked: Pet friendly hotel in the heart of the city. Great staff. We had an issue with the hot water and they came to fix it immediately even offering us another room in the meantime.
