Very good

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to T-bana and to many restaurants and bars. It's also within walking distance from the city centre. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was varied and there was good coffee available in the lobby (for free). The room was clean and quiet with all necessities.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft. The wifi kept cutting off in the room which was bad because I had to take an international work call.

Great location, delicious breakfast.

Liked: The location is fantastic, a quick walk to the old town and on a relatively quiet street so no sleep disruptions. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. The walk in shower was the biggest I've ever seen in a standard hotel room. Really lovely quality cosmetics provided too including hair conditioner which is rare. The breakfast buffet was delicious and really well stocked with so many options it was hard to choose.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great Stay, but Wi-Fi Needs...

Liked: The room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the start. A highly appreciated detail is the complimentary water in the room. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the breakfast is varied and complete, offering options for all tastes.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi is poor, to say the least. As a foreign traveler needing a stable connection to work from my laptop, it was truly a challenge. The inconsistent and unreliable internet made it difficult to stay productive, which was quite frustrating.

OK place to stay if...

Liked: Breakfast was OK with a good variety of foods. The room was spacious. The location was perfect close to restaurants and work and not far from the harbor side and the Skjærgård.
Disliked: The air in the breakfast restaurant was chilly to cold. You had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to operate the lights in the hotel room, since every lamp was interconnected and dimmable at the same time so it took a lot of clicking in order to get the light you needed. Luckily we stayed there for six nights so in the end we figured the system out.
