Liked: I had a reservation here and I could not even get into the hotel. Arrived at 9pm on a Sunday and the property was closed. I sent the hotel a message days before my arrival and they didnt leave the keys in the lockbox. I called them and the best they could do was send somebody in 90 minutes to open up for me. I had to look for another place. I hope booking.com gives me my money back, SHAMELESS HOTEL!!

Liked: excellent location, right in the heart of the shopping mall which made it very easy. good location for the conference centre, easy walking distance

It was like staying in...

Liked: The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. The location was central. The room was quiet and night and there were good blackout curtains.
Disliked: The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The wardrobe doors were dusty. My water or green tea were not replaced despite the fact that I asked for my room to be cleaned. The hotel is very old and quite shabby. I had expected that the restaurant was open every night until at least 7pm but this was only the case on three nights.
