Liked: I came to check in early they didn’t let me then they proceed to gave me the worst room in the hotel right by the lobby, not a single moment of silence

Clean, friendly and convenient.

Liked: All of the staff were so friendly and helpful.The location is just around the corner from all the shops and restaurants in Chinatown. We used it as a base and walked to the Financial District, Little Italy and even Central Park!Our room was spotless and smelled good. The bed was a lot softer than we like - that was our only negative.We would stay again!

Liked: Better view from the bathroom than the bedroom. Excellent staff, very comfortable bed with good pillow selection. Great location.
