Exceptional and friendly staff
Liked: Everything was perfect - create locations, clean, comfortable, conveniente -- and above all else the staff is exceptional. I haven't had service like this in years!!
Disliked: Honestly I can't think of anything. Coffee at the reception would be a nice addition, but with OXXO next door it wasn't a problem.

Excellent hotel
Liked: I liked the staff. Marcos, the guy from the reception was very attentive, supportive and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and the room included netflix and other streaming services. There were towels, shampoo and soap included. Air conditioner. And a bottle of water included everyday. The lady from cleaning was also super kind. There was even small details that I appreciated a lot. The toilet paper was arranged with a nice flower decoration. Further, the procedure against covid was followed at all moment. One of the best hotels I ve stayed in a long time. Recommended fully, for couples, single or family.
Disliked: The room smelled as if they sprayed air sanitizer . My mom is sensitive to aromas. I was afraid my mom didnt like it. Luckily, it was not the case. Other than that everything was amazing.

Disliked: El Hotel no respeto la tarifa de booking, dijeron que la tarifa de booking es una referencia, me cobraron mas / Hotel did not respected the rate agreed with booking, they said booking rates are only a reference and charged over rate
