High quality and excellent value

Liked: Allowed early check in on arrival at noon. Room quiet and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool. Enjoyed excellent lunch in main dining room. Called hotel and free hotel shuttle arrived in ten mins. Bed is super comfortable

Liked: Could not have been more perfect for a one night stay with kids between flights. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the pool and gym. Convenient airport shutle.

Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable, some staff very helpful, others not so. Room and facilities were very good but not always available. Shuttle great.Breakfast very good.
Disliked: We arrived Christmas Eve so may not be a good example of typical service. But very frustrating as no food available after 8 hour flight.Hotel restaurant closed 9.30 but would not seat at 8.45. (Christmas Eve) flight had just arrived. No room service available after 11, but not answering phone prior to 11.
