Liked: Great location, walking distance to save on memorial.
Disliked: Need a table or larger vanity in washroom. Perhaps a iron in room for clothing.

Liked: Beautiful building and amenities.Have stayed with you several times and enjoyed each visit and that you recognize return guests .
Disliked: Location and room is subject to street noise..

Disliked: Stains and hair left in the beds. Some lazy cleaners. Albeit the gentleman that came to address this issue was quite good

Simply wonderful.

Liked: Wonderful staff, so kind and thoughtful and helpful. My requests where perfectly met and the absolute best outcome was had. Traveling with little children wasn't just made easy for this, but the gentile staff made us feel welcomed and delighted.
