Liked: The staff are kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop solarium is a gem. The location is perfect.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Liked: Staff are amazing. We had a number of logistical issues before arriving and the customer service team supported us to a tea, including allowing us to cancel and rebook our reservation for no fee. We were there for a special birthday and they brought us a bottle of cava to the room for free. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Hotel is in the middle of everything. Walking distance from every main site, even with my parents. Could not recommend this place enough
Disliked: Walls are thin. But that is to be expected when you are in the centre. The Main Street is lovely and quiet, you can just hear your hotel neighbours.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were kind and professional, looked after us well, and always cheerful. Beautiful clean and modern hotel in the middle of the old part of Seville so you can walk from the hotel to all the main tourist sites. The breakfast was worth the extra cost! Definitely would recommend staying there.
