friendly staff, amazing location and...

Liked: The location was perfect for a seaside stay, just what I was looking for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet – I slept really well.Great facilities too, with a generous selection of tea, coffee, and even some biscuits provided, which was a lovely touch. Overall, excellent value for the price. I’d definitely book again!

Liked: Breakfast great, car parking not so good if disabled but through the hotel parking facility was much better, room was clean but just a bit tight in bathroom.

Liked: Excellent and helpful staff. Lovely room. The whole hotel looked as if it had recently been refurbished.
Disliked: Parking is an issue due to the location of the hotel but the staff helped us find a place just outside and provided a parking permit

Good value for money and...

Liked: The communication beforehand, the location, our reception, the room and the breakfast were all excellent.
Disliked: We ate in the hotel in the evening which was good value for money with good sized portions but the food was a little a little uninspired and dated.

Fine for one night

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Size of room ..which faced back of property.. was fine for one person...plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Very comfy bed and pillows. Room included tea, coffee biscuits and hairdryer. Great sized bathroom. Breakfast was nice but had to ask for butter and juice.Downsides were very thin walls and inconsiderate other guests who thought it acceptable to come back late at night talking at the tops of their voices and slamming doors and doing the same at 6am....which I appreciate is not the fault of the hotel. Single glazed windows which didn't shut properly meant the sound of traffic and noise from the nearby pub made it hard to get much sleep.
