Disliked: I told the man the tv was broken and he came in the room to try to fix it tgen I ask for another room he did want to give us another room we had only been there for a hour my husband said can we can room there was a empty room he said no it’s not ready he said what do you mean not ready he said there’s no towel in there my husband said well can’t we just take these ones then he agreed to let us switch room he was in the room for more then a hour try to fix the tv at 2 in the morning I was so annoyed others then that it was fine if you just need a cheep bed to sleep in

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The mattresses were very firm and the pillows were clumpy and uncomfortable. The mattresses need to be replaced, could tell they are old.There was music playing outside very loudly all night we could not sleep.We took our two daughters and we had to check out early at 3am because there was loud moaning coming from different rooms.

Liked: The position in revolución avenida (very nice)
Disliked: Terrible, one of the worst I've stayed in Cold as hell; no form of heating. Wi-Fi practically unusable 99% of the time, no connection with 2 different phones Noisy all night Blanket full of holes that they don't even accept in kennels. TV ; I have to call the reception every time I want watch it to set up the tool controller! @Booking you should at least demand that the hotel write that it doesn't have heating in the standard rooms and that for an essential service since it's winter you have to book a suite! The reception says that all the hotels in the area are like this but it's not true because now I'm staying in another hotel 250 meters away at the same price and it has heating. @182 Booking this is a reproach to you because by not warning them of what the hotel really offers you will put many customers like me in a position to live in hell and not a holiday. You should allow on your site to be able to ask questions to the hotelier before booking and not after when the room has already been booked (even if I must say that I would never have dreamed of asking the hotel if it has a service that is essential and given for purchase)
