Liked: The room was very comfy especially the bed.The rooms are equipped with a desk with a mirror like a vanity which I truly really enjoyed.Also a huge bonus for all the pillows you get!The stuff was AMAZING especially the young boy from Turkey,they did everything to help us and meet our needs!

Liked: I got an upgrade to a bigger room, it was very comfortable, quiet. The staff was great. A carrefour shop next to the hotel, which was great, close to the metro, so very conveniently located.

Great !

Liked: Thanks to Jeta everything was okay. She could manage to switch our room the next day since the remote of the tv didn’t work and the heating was constantly running it was super hot.
Disliked: We absolutely love the rooms on the fifth floor since they are extremely quiet and cozy. Some people may dislike it since they are super small. But we personally love them.
