Great !
Liked: Thanks to Jeta everything was okay. She could manage to switch our room the next day since the remote of the tv didn’t work and the heating was constantly running it was super hot.
Disliked: We absolutely love the rooms on the fifth floor since they are extremely quiet and cozy. Some people may dislike it since they are super small. But we personally love them.

Liked: Daniela at reception is very friendly and knew how to solve our problem
Disliked: When I arrived, they gave me the wrong room. They changed me to another one where the air conditioning didn't work. Finally, they changed me to a third room, which was very nice, but it needed a lot of cleaning and the bathroom smelled a bit bad. The heating was too high and it was very hot inside. The air conditioning didn't cool either, so we had to sleep with the window open to compensate for the heat. I had been there before and had a better experience than this one. For the rest, everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable, with clean blankets and a working TV. They should try to maintain the rooms a little better.
