Liked: The staff were really friendly and obliging. The restaurant serves really good food. My room was very clean and the beds really comfortable. Location wise is also really good.

Liked: Traditional architecture, comfort & cleanliness, foods are superb, provide power accessories for convert from US to local system. Convenient location for my vendor to provide to & from work location from the hotel
Disliked: Invoicing for unused nights due to business schedule change was not automatics. On Sunday, no staff available to assist with foreigner not familiar with the language or the local.

A beautiful hotel in a...

Liked: This is a beautiful property in the oldest part of Bülach. The staff is very helpful and professional.
Disliked: I was there during some very hot weather in August, over 30 C. There is no AC, just fans and windows. I did OK but it may be uncomfortable for people who like to sleep in a cool room.

Liked: Great location, very nice looking and conveniently situated. Several good restaurants around, including in the hotel itself. Excellent breakfast buffet. Appreciated that the hotel had an elevator. Very nice bathroom / shower.
Disliked: Checkin and -out was quite slow, because the staff was busy in the restaurant, and restaurant work seemed to have priority. Mattress was somewhat too soft. The room was rather warm, and I did not see any air conditioning.
