Liked: Breakfast was great, really wide choice of cheeses and meats. And fish. And the swimming pool ws the best one I have ever seen in a hotel!
Disliked: The hotel doesn't serve evening meals anymore. If you have a car that's OK. just drive to a restaurant. I didn't have a car. All restaurants close on mondays so you'll be restricted to whatever you can find in the supermarket.

Liked: Rooms were good, cleaned everyday. Staff was very well mannered and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I have work in the region.

A nice stay and a...

Liked: The hotel lies in a small village, but yet it has a quite big garden in the back. A very good thing with the hotel is the possibility to check in early! We could check in at 12 o’clock, and we took our kids to the hotel swimming pool, which we had to our selves for all the time we were there. The kids loved it (3 and 4 years old). Breakfast was varied and good. The family room was very big and everything was clean and nice. The sofa bed for our kids was quite hard, but for kids it is ok. For dinner we drove 5 min to the next village, Steinfurt, and had dinner at Pöttken Ristorante Italiano, which I highly recommend! (Steinfurt also has a beautiful castle, but it was closed when we arrived.)
Disliked: There are quite many stairs and long halls to walk between the reception/rooms/swimmingpool/restaurant. But everything is very well marked, so there is no problem finding the right way. We had lots of luggage, but we also had lots of time, so it didn’t hurt to carry luggage around. When you get to know the hotel, you’ll see that you can park the car at different entrances, to make the way shorter to your room.

Enjoyable!

Liked: A huge bedroom, the Swimming pool was excellent and the breakfast superb! Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. Also good secure overnight storage for bicycles.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed on Sunday evening which we can understand in a small town.
