Liked: It is located in a nice town
Disliked: Only a partial toilet roll with no spare. Broken glass on floor. Debris under bed (including empty drink can). Thick covering of dust on every surface. When trying to complain at reception, she walked off to answer phone. Had to phone whilst in reception after returning from dinner, to get a member of staff to speak to (they were all outside smoking) Was told by evening staff that tap water was not drinkable and that I should pay 3 euros for a bottle as it would not be provided free. Finally after speaking to receptionist at breakfast time, was told we should have complained on arrival. Explained that we arrived late, went out for dinner and did not find the fleas on floor until morning, she just shrugged. Won't return.

Disliked: No warm water two mornings and no staff at the reception, only people from the restaurant whom couldn’t help.
