Slept well. Ate badly.
Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: The restaurant food was no longer any good. The cook changed recently and the food was much better before. Dodgy seafood, tired bored meat. Undercooked uninteresting veggies, Maggie-type instant sauce. Felt slightly ill. Really disappointed because of my previous good experiences I was looking forward to eating here but never again. Sorry but you need to hear it.

We loved our first visit...
Liked: The breakfast was excellent; very glad to have it included in our cost! The location of the hotel was perfect, especially to us who arrived by train!
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like, it was all very good. Thank you!!

Wonderful Family Ski Stay
Liked: The staff, room and restaurant were all wonderful. Our room for 4 was spacious and the facilities were great. We enjoyed the restaurant multiple times and the sauna. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was no laundry available or nearby. We didn't expect it but we're hoping there may be somewhere we could launder our clothes

Superb
Liked: A pleasant change to have breakfast served and not just left out as a buffet. Despite mainly being a ‘town for those in transit’ the Forni still had a vibe from the locals and from those there to experience the historic mountain passes.
