Liked: Room size is quite good, very quick checki-in, out.. Very well serviced area, allot pd resturants, grocery stores and free parking..

Liked: A pleasant change to have breakfast served and not just left out as a buffet. Despite mainly being a ‘town for those in transit’ the Forni still had a vibe from the locals and from those there to experience the historic mountain passes.

Liked: It is with heavy heart that I have to resort to this means by way of complaint against the hotel and Booking.com….. I was overcharged by some 30 odd CHf for my stay! The hotel have eventually accepted their mistake after correspondence with them and the Booking site…. They offered to pay but some two months on I am still waiting. Booking.com have closed the complaint as resolved and all correspondence with the hotel and them have been cleared from the app…. It will be interesting to see if this is published…. Other than that I would have rated the hotel as very good….

Liked: Great location with nicely renovated rooms. Friendly staff
Disliked: We were eating in the restaurant in the evening. They left the door open, which made it cold and uncomfortable.

Liked: The shower was great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I had a single room. There was a single bed with just enogh room to walk down the side. No wardrobe. No bedside table so nowhere to put my clock, glass of water, glasses etc.

Liked: Hotel Forni is close to the train station and was an ideal base for our hike. It was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I have come here before and can recommend it.
