Never again

Disliked: It's a shame that a property like this is in business. The rudeness of the staff that doesn't speak English and hangs up the phone. The fact that they do not want to provide an invoice for your stay. The bedding and the entire vibe is from socialism. I'm honestly curious how you work in hospitality? Are there no financial or tourist regulations in Poland?

Disliked: I don't know what was better, the fact that the majority of staff does not speak English or the fact that they refuse to issue an invoice with company details or any invoice for that matter.
