Disappointing

Liked: Nothing, because I'm been in another hotel.
Disliked: I booked a room, wrote to the mail that I would be late, but later I saw that no one answered me. So I called myself and they offered me another hotel (because I wouldn't have time) which did not meet my expectations. If they had answered me immediately or sooner to my message, such an unpleasant situation would not have happened.

I liked it a lot,...

Liked: Helpful and gentle staff, close to the workplace with car park, good and spacious room, minibar and work desk.
Disliked: there was no iron, the shower cubicle was too small and the blinds gave me a bit of an allergy. the bed is big, but it's split and the mattress is a bit too soft

Liked: They contact me that the hotel was in renovations. They arranged an another hotel from their group. Hotel al pino verde.
Disliked: The bed was hard. But al in al it was ok.
