Extraordinary fiendly service

Liked: The team was so incredibly friendly and courteous. I have never experienced anything like this before. On arrival and after each day in the city, we were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a drink on the house to help us relax. The property is located perfectly for a stay in Prague. You can easily reach a lot of the important places of interest with a short walk and also public transport is only a few meters away.The driver was picking us up from the train station and giving us a ride to the castle. All these service included in the price!
Disliked: The breakfast was for us a little bit too much English style. We have been missing some more sweet things like loose honey or different kinds of marmalade not packed like in a supermarket. But this was the only thing. There was plenty of other nice things like self made quiche or different kind of cakes!

Incredible hospitality and service in...

Liked: This was by far the most hospitable experience I've had at a hotel. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a glass of wine/beer, and once settled, our very knowledgeable hostess had us sit down with her to plan our itinerary. Victoria's recommendations regarding tours, concerts, restaurants, etc., were so incredibly helpful! She then made reservations for all our events/dinners, and then provided us with a printed itinerary complete with tickets for our selected events. The hotel also made their drivers available to transport us around the city at no charge.In addition to the incredible hospitality, the breakfast was amazing with the best scrambled eggs ever in addition to omelets made to order, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage, and homemade baked goods that were made fresh every day.Oh and our beds were very comfy and the heating and air-conditioning worked perfectly. The location was also perfect, in that we were only a 5-minute walk from the Old City Square. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Prague - loved every minute of our stay! Thank you so much, Residence Agnes staff, for making our stay exceptional!

Liked: We picked this place because of the great reviews and they were spot on… special thanks to the owner Frank and our driver Paul. And extra special thanks to Viktoria for taking the time to welcome us and sit down and give us all her great recommendations. The room was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful… too many great things to say about this hotel .

Liked: Fabulous hotel close to main square and in a quiet area with local restaurants and bars. Staff cannot do enough for you and are so helpful. Breakfast was a delicious feast every morning and the complimentary drinks are very welcome!

Superb hotel, fantastic staff and...

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were met with a welcome drink and given a map of the city and advice about where to eat and what to see; the staff also helped us to our room with our luggage. The room was large and airy and the bathroom was quite luxurious; the choice of food available at breakfast was amazing. The hotel driver was able to take us up to the castle so we could then walk down and do a sightseeing tour; they also arranged for them to take us to the station to catch our train at the end of our stay. The location was excellent as everywhere was very walkable.
Disliked: It might have nice to have a kettle/tea making facilities in the room, however you could ask for these to be provided.
