A true gem!

Liked: By far the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It's a beautiful hotel with great rooms and lobby, superb breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Everything is fantastic! But what makes this hotel rare and special is its amazing staff - they're so warm, welcoming and kind! They hosted us with an open heart and made us feel at home.This is our second stay in this hotel. Both times, we recieved an exceptionally caring hospitality and our stays were simply perfect in any way. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Liked: check in, attention to detail, courtesy, delicious breakfast, coffee and beverages available all the time. Wine in the evenings.

EXCELLENT - would highly recommend...

Liked: Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The property looks unassuming from the outside, but the boutique inside, cleanliness, staff friendliness/helpfulness, plentiful breakfast, 24 hr beverages - everything was above and beyond.
Disliked: Upon check-in, the staff is quite helpful about sitting down and explaining things that Prague has to offer and giving suggestions. Our ONLY downside was the walking tour that came highly recommended. Instead of going forward with our gratuity-only tour (which we have found to be quite good in many cities), we took the advice and paid 90 Euros per person for a semi-private walking tour. The tour was no better (possibly worse) than any of our gratuity-only tours and included a sub-par lunch. Skip the tour, but everything else was fantastic.

Every morning, we enjoyed fresh coffee, quiche, pastries, bread, and a variety of delicious sweets that changed daily. The location is perfect—easily walkable to all the main attractions, with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering his chauffeur service to take us wherever we wanted. He even arranged complimentary transportation to and from the train station. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful in every way.
Disliked: Our room and bathroom was a bit too small, maybe next time we will ask for a bigger room.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Greeted with drinks and a detailed run down of the sights. Offered a complimentary shuttle back to the airport but unfortunately we had already pre booked our transfer.
Disliked: Nothing

A really lovely hotel

Liked: A wonderful, peaceful location in the centre of the old cityComfortable rooms and a wonderful fresh breakfast each morning. Outstanding customer service. Without exception, everyone at the hotel goes out of their way to make staying here a wonderful experience.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like. Perhaps a coffee machine/kettle in the room would be a useful addition?

Exceptional hospitality!

Liked: Wonderful central location. staff could not do enough to help with day to day planning and even arranged for the lovely driver to take us to Sparta football stadium to buy our children some jerseys. breakfast was v good.
