Liked: Location - close to the central station, to bus stops and metro stations. Restaurants and groceries are accessible around the area.Staff - lovely and smiling staff
Disliked: The blanket. It's a thin fabric. Room was cold and couldn't control the heating system.

Good place if you don’t...

Liked: The room itself is good, clean and pretty big. But the place doesn’t have an elevator and If you have a lot of luggage and a stroller as we did, it is very uncomfortable

Disliked: The view wasn't the best but not a deal breaker.

Liked: We selected the Balcony Room as a little treat. The main room and bathroom were both spacious. Fresh, contemporary decor. Quiet and comfortable sleep.Access was easy with keypad and card. Good welcome and reception.Tea and coffee facilities inroom a wonderful amenity. Nicely planted patio at rear, straight off reception, for a private and quiet outdoor break.Great cafe and restaurant options only steps away.10 minute walk from Milano Centrale and easy 25/30 minute walk to Galleria Vittorio/Duomo.
