Good location, great facilities and...

Liked: I stayed at the Hotel Regina in Vienna for three night while attending a conference nearby and found the hotel excellent in all respects for my purposes. For me, the location was ideal; it is within easy walking distance of a variety of historic sights and attractions. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, clean, and accessible. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast choices are varied, tasty and more than ample. I had a lovely surprise one day when a chocolate cake arrived in my room courtesy of the management, who had discovered it was my birthday that day.
Disliked: For the purposes of my visit, the hotel was exactly what I needed.

Liked: The location was perfect, very well situated, close to all transport options

Solo-travel

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good, you can easily walk to see the city or take the metro. If you like some old time glamour, is this hotel the right one. It was really quiet and clean everywhere and the hotel restaurant was great.
Disliked: I really hoped to see some smiles from the staff - why so serious (bored?)?
