Tres Bien Merci love Chloe

Liked: The staff were so helpful I had an urgency and had to book close to the hospital and everyone was at hand to help with what I needed. Very clean and comfortable beds especially the pillows and power shower and black out curtains . Much needed relaxation after a stressful time. Merci to all staff that helped and then translated hospital paperwork for me from French ! Lovely breakfast provided too and so understanding of situation. Will definitely book again when I return to France!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing best Hotel experience I’ve had in Cliche and Paris

Liked: One staff member was really greatful and approachable, which brightened the stay and took it away from formally complaining.Lication is great, where we were able to access Monmartr and Moulin Rouge by foot, good metro links. We were surprised of local Sunday market on the main street, right in gront of the hotel.
Disliked: Room was dirty (especially carpet), in need of improvement a lot, as so many broken stuff, like furniture, curtain rail, chipped walls...Mini bar - didn't exist, apart from a small fridge (but that's how it supposed to be stated in the advertisement). No tea or coffee sachets provided, just a kettle, so had to buy own supplies (not a great thing, when you arrive at the hotel late in the evening).Staff is arrogant and rude. Although Booking reservation stated about city tax being paid, been charged extra. At first, price was 20 euros, then suddenly increased to 30 (out of blue, without explanation). When challenged, staff suggested us to contact the police and scared us, that they will not accommodate us. Because we arrived late at night, we were not in the position to look out for alternative...Well, after such an awful experience, we will not consider to book there again.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Liked: Location and staff were great. Bed linens good. Good to be able to have breakfast on-site.
Disliked: The rooms need a refresh. Bed was uneven. Faucet was not properly attached to sink. Cabinet under sink was damaged.

Discovering France

Liked: The room was very clean and well arranged and the bathroom too. You agreed to change my room after raising the issue with wifi. Good view from the window on my 2nd room. Merci beaucoup pour tout.
Disliked: The WIFI didn't work for the 1st night in the 5th floor and as well the door was not closing well and would make some noise.
