Good

Liked: Breakfast was provided and it was quite basic which I’m okay with (do take note that it’s a non-halal breakfast so if you’re particular you can’t eat the meat). The staff members were very friendly. The hotel also provides free flow of still/sparkling water bottles which was nice. The room that i got was beside the road but thankfully it was quiet when i stayed for the night. The area itself was peaceful and nice.
Disliked: The location. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the subway station so it is definitely tiring to be dragging my luggage to the hotel. It is advised to take an uber to there if you’re travelling with elderly or young kids with luggages.

The worst stay we ever...

Liked: Friendly staff, nice breakfast that was better than the pictures show! Room was clean and a decent size.
Disliked: We had the most horrendous stay! Some building work was going on next door ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!! There was no prior notice to that! What a horrible surprise! We didn't sleep, gone midnight we called management, we even had to call the police but they couldn't do anything as the builders had special authorisation to work THROUGH THE NIGHT... We even moved our mattresses to the corridor but it didn't help. Unbelievable, we were utterly outraged. WE BOOK A HOTEL TO SLEEP AND WE COULDN'T SLEEP! It was absolutely HORRENDOUS.Had we known we would never had booked this hotel! We cancelled the rest of our stay there and they said they would refund us. IT TOOK 6 WEEKS OF CHASING THEM TO GET OUR REFUND. That also is not right.
