We didn’t enjoy our stay...

Liked: There was a tram stop at the end of the road and they allowed us to store our luggage after check out whilst we explored more of the city. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was passable.
Disliked: The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke despite being a ‘smoke free room’. The beds bowed in the middle and were very uncomfortable. There was so much noise from the street as well as other guests. On one night, other guests were making so much noise yelling and screaming and even after we complained no one came to tell them to be quiet. You could hear them from reception and still the staff didn’t bother to do anything.

Liked: The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the location was what was expected not around the hussle and bussle of the city.
Disliked: the staff were not very friendly, they did not offer any advice on where to visit and were not very talkative.

Would happily stay again

Liked: Lovely hotel, I liked the old style decor. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Some lovely local restaurants in the area too.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location for the Old Town and main attractions within 20 minutes walk. Comfy beds and good breakfast choices.
Disliked: Can get noisy at night time.
