Excellent!

Liked: Very charming hotel with only 24 rooms, that gives an intimate experience. Afternoon tea in an elegant salon was a good bonus. Super central location to the best shops and restaurant. Very friendly, service minded and professional staff. I will stay there again
Disliked: If there was one thing, it would be carpets on the floor in the room, but that is only a personal preference.

Liked: Appreciated the intimacy of the hotel common area. Afternoon tea was a nice touch.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but coffee disappointing not hot enough. Robes were not as fresh as expected - and no slippers supplied. Seems off for a 4* hotel.
