Excellent hotel, great staff &...

Liked: Great facility great location, clean modern roomy.
Disliked: Only complaint is that the showerhead is a rainfall showerhead and it sprays all over the place. It would also be nice to have a face towel rather than just using the bath towels, but really I have nothing to complain about as this is one of the best hotels in Guadalajara.

Superb

Liked: Lovely property in the heart of the downtown area. Walking distance to the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were wonderful and helpful.
Disliked: No dedicated chair for the work table.

Excellent hotel, great location

Liked: The staff was fantastic, they treated with so much respect. They were very attentive to our needs.
Disliked: Nothing really, I would definitely stay there again

An enjoyable and comfortable stay...

Liked: Room was comfortable. Staff were good. Location was great!
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was OK. Not always filled but OK
