Liked: Staff very helpful , and location.
Disliked: Just got one key and that made it a little difficult when someone wanted to go back to the room and the other person wanted to stay back at the bar late.

Liked: O my world, what a hotel. Breakfast until noon - no need to wake up early. Receptionists who are anticipating yours and HK needs - I had two separate bookings and they figured out how to let me stay in the same room so I do not need to wait until check in (hotel was full and they had a group - as a hotelier I know how hard is it to shuffle reservetations). HK was so friendly..

Excellent value, location and staff....

Liked: We love hotel Maestranza and choose it 95% of the time we come to Guadalajara. It’s a great price and locality. We love you have smart tvs although the internet isn’t good enough to get Prime TV. The staff are excellent, helpful, kind and friendly.
Disliked: Depending on which side your room is situated it can be noisy at night if you’re facing the lifts with people noisy even early in the morning. We would like a mini fridge in the room. We have a fully electric car and hopefully you’ll get some chargers otherwise we need to go elsewhere sadly.
