Great, comfortable and quiet.

Liked: I really like the service, they have check in 24/7. Every day when we came back our room was clean and full with all the supplies, new bottles of water, clean towels.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn’t like was the tv’s those were really bad and old.

Liked: Close to Coyoacán and Estadio Azteca, really good location
Disliked: The restaurant food was not that fresh and the cleaning of the shower device- the water was spilled everywhere because of the lack of cleaning.

Decent hotel and nice location

Liked: Location was very good. The rooms were always kept very clean and the included breakfast we had was pretty decent.
Disliked: Staff was not entirely friendly. A couple of times our keys were not working so I had to go to reception to get this fixed more than once. The AC in the room was leaking whenever it was working. I reported this issue but was not fixed and we were not offered to switch rooms. The carpet had a long time stain showing that this issue has been there for a long time but hasnt been repaired

Good location to sleep

Liked: Location is excellent if you have business to atttend in this zone of the city and just want a place to sleep.
Disliked: This place is OOOLD.. and it is frozen in time, the carpet is from the 70s for sure.
