Liked: Very nice property!
Disliked: Did not like that they charged almost as much for my dog as they did for me! Ridiculous dog charges!

Great location but couldn’t rest...
Liked: It’s a great location with plenty of things to do nearby
Disliked: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, pillows as well; the property in general needs some maintenance

Puebla stay
Liked: The location is ok, the building is very old, dirty, a los of maintenance issues that need urgent attention, the paint is old, in general just need to be completely renovated
Disliked: Noicy, old, the furniture, the doors are old and dirty, the bathrooms are old and look dirty, the personnel does not wear uniform or properly dressed, they are polite but very casual and informal dressed

Liked: The location was perfect. Cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are walkable. The historical center is a 30-40 min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was very , very cold. The windows didn't close, the staff closed it to me but there was still a gap. I was here in November and during the night and in the morning it is 3C!!! I felt like I was sleeping in the street. They should change the window. The water in the shower was only warm not hot. I started the water for 5 minutes to get the hot water....but nothing. I was struggling with my magnetic card to open my room, maybe it is only probably me....the staff came up with me two times to help me open the door.
