Liked: Did not eat at the restaurant. Opened at 8:00 am -too late plus service was not ready to begin serving ant 8:00. already out of hotel. It closed ant 3:00. At that our, most guests/tourist are out touring and business people are at meeting, seminars, etc.
Disliked: Older rooms, needed to be much cleaner rooms. Outlet by the bed not working. Had to plug devices across the room and not able to use them while charging A tiny bottle of shampoo (for 2 people)- no conditioner. Only one soap for sink it had to be placed directly on top counter , no soap dish provided. No hair blow dryer. The bedding was not crisp or white. It was very dingy. Only 3 pillows provided and very flimsyThe A/C was not working at maximum. Very low, so room was warm. No instruction on operating TV- two remotes that neither seemed to work. No big deal as not big TV WATCHERS. On night, no water at all. It finally came on in the morning. Staff not rude or unhelpful. Efficient at the best. But certainly not very friendly or welcoming - needed to smile more.

Liked: The location. The proximity to shops, restaurants, sightseeing! The hotel has a unique colonial architecture that takes you to another era. However it has all the modern conveniences.
Disliked: Some of the rooms do not have views however the room was wonderful at night because it is so so quiet and serene despite being dab smack in the center of a bustling city.
