Great location, wonderful staff and...

Liked: I really enjoyed my 6 nights and hope to stay there again next year when I visit Guadalajara. The staff were all most helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Their veggie omelette was probably the best I have ever eaten. They also have a wide range of options throughout the day and make a great cup of coffee. My room was small but very well appointed with many areas to store clothing, A/C plus a ceiling fan, a desk and chair, good wifi and extra shelving in the bathroom for toiletries. The 2 bottles of water provided each day were appreciated as was the coffee station.

Liked: Really nice interior design, convenient restaurant inside the hotel, filtered water in the hallway, friendly and helpful staff who can converse well in English, great location, and comfortable rooms. Overall good value for money. Beautiful lobby area.
Disliked: Very limited facilities in general but it’s fine if you don’t plan to stay at the hotel during the day.
