Don't stay here if you...

Liked: There's only 5 lots (yellow) for the hotel, all of them were occupied. Anyway, the staff said that the white parking was for free, and the ticket machine wasn't working in the evening, so I thought it was OK to park there overnight. I didn't want to ask the staff because he got angry for every little thing. Next morning I got parking fine! Should I stand up at 5 pm. in the morning to move the car or buy a parking ticket? This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in Switzerland!!!

Very nice hotel, though noisy.

Liked: Fabulous dinner in the restaurant. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Reception did not open til 17:00 I’d have liked an earlier check in at 15:00.Building works/renovations very noisy but that’s temporary.

Ideal low-cost base for skiing...

Liked: - Ideally located 5 minutes walk from Ilanz railway / bus station allowing full connectivity with all ski resorts and ample ski mountaineering in the area- Large parking behind the hotel- Spotlessly clean- Shower in the single room convenient
Disliked: - One toilet covering the two upper floors may be a limiting factor.

Perfect, simple hotel located between...

Liked: A clean, simple hotel close to some good restaurants and amenities. We stayed there during a short ski trip as it is located between several great ski resorts. Everything we needed for a few nights away.
Disliked: No real issues at all. The shower sprayed water everywhere and the bed could have been comfier, but it wasn't a huge problem.

Disliked: 1. No chairs in rooms - either you stand up or lie/sleep in bed. 2. Drinks hat to be paid when leaving the restaurant area instead of being totalled and added to my credit card at the end of our stay.
