Highly recommend!

Liked: I loved this property! The rooms were modern and clean and provided a lot more space than most hotels in Italy. The staff were all very friendly. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the city center which we liked because we were able to get away from the noise at night. The breakfast that’s included is a full breakfast which is a nice touch instead of only a croissant. Would highly recommend!

Very good

Liked: The rooms are clean, the hotel looks nice. It is in a central location. The staff is also amazing.
Disliked: The breakfast is nothing special, there is not much variery of foods.

Great location, staff friendly and...

Liked: The location was down a quiet street just outside the City Centre which was 5 minutes away from the centre and 10 minutes away from the train station. The Staff were friendly, the breakfast was good (Eggs to order) bacon and roasted vegetables. with a continental style breakfast. The rooms were lovely and clean as well as the rest of the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing it was great

Liked: Everything location amazing staff five star extremely welcoming. Room everything you need for a comfortable stay. Water in fridge replaced selection of tea coffee. Breakfast amazing complimentary afternoon tea which was welcoming after a tiring day. It really was the staff really hope to come back soon love Florence thank you
Disliked: Nothing amazing stay
