Excellent location, lovely staff and...

Liked: Hotel in a super convenient location, staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant is also excellent, highly recommend grabbing dinner there if you stay. Our room was small but comfortable, we slept well and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was solid - cooked eggs available alongside a classic cold buffet.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful when we had questions. This was right near the city Square and Cathedral of St Bartholomew, which has the highest church tower in the country, and you can walk up the tower. The hotel was clean and comfortable. A little bit of a weird entrance, as you have to walk through the restaurant and up the stairs to the hotel front desk, but once we figured that out, everything else was great.
Disliked: The clamp to hold the shower head in place was broken, so while it worked fine, it wouldn't stay put. We mentioned it to them, but I assume they'd needed to order a piece to be able to fix it.

Cute hotel in the heart...

Liked: A gorgeous hotel just off the main square. Parking directly behind on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and overlooked the street. The rooms are above a restaurant and the food looked amazing although we didn't eat there. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and was delicious, with a.cokd buffet and freshly cooked to order option. Overall it was excellent value for money and we would stay again.
